This policy explains what personal data filoatelier.online collects, why, and your rights. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the store.
Data we collect
Purchases: when you buy, our reseller Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information to process the order and issue a licence key. We receive your email, product, and order reference — never your full card details.
Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Analytics) that record aggregate page views without identifying you or tracking you across sites.
How we use it
To deliver products and licence keys, provide support, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand aggregate site usage. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors we rely on
Lemon Squeezy (payments & order fulfilment), Vercel (hosting & analytics), and our email provider (transactional and newsletter email). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics are aggregate and not tied to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email support@filoatelier.online and we will respond within a reasonable time.
