We want you happy with your purchase. This policy explains refunds for our digital products.
Digital goods
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once you have received your licence key and downloaded the files.
Before buying, you can play with every model live and for free on the site, so you know exactly what you are getting.
When we do refund
If a file is faulty, will not download, or is materially not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or issue a full refund.
If you were charged in error or twice, we will refund the extra charge.
How to request
Email support@filoatelier.online from your purchase address with your order reference and a short description. Refunds are processed by our reseller Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
Statutory consumer rights, where they apply to you, are not affected by this policy.
